The lady at the front desk was so nice and imm made a great impression The location is good The rooms was clean and the shower was very high pressure The bed was very comfortable

Business needs over being compassionate
The hotel was close to many services and facilities in Paris. Metro was only minutes away and easy to walk to. Area felt safe. The hotel had a great traditional but modern European vibe with touches of Paris throughout.
The only thing that made our trip harder was providing the extra time we needed before our flight. I felt the compassion was not at the forefront of their services and turnover of guests was. I was had become ill during our stay and was taking antibiotics. I hardly left the hotel and rested because I needed to catch a 17 hour flight home. Even though I asked to stay longer until our flight I was only given an extra 30 minutes and I needed to organise to pay for another hotel room somewhere else the also organise a taxi there. This is hard to do when you are ill and unsure about where to go. As a family this made our trip more difficult. I understand it is a business but when compassion is missed to ensure guests are supported when they are ill and a long way from home was the disappointment for me. Help is what we needed and the comment of writing a good review for us on the way out as we were still struggling to leave and into a taxi reinforced my thoughts of needing to write this. Yes, the physical part of your hotel ticks all the boxes, but you certainly lack compassion and support when we needed it as tourists. Being sick in a foreign country is hard, not being supported even harder.
